These Terms & Conditions form the agreement for using viamu. If you do not agree, do not create a profile or use account-only features. The current Terms and Privacy Policy are linked from the unified sign-in page, and marketing remains an optional preference. Material changes may require an explicit acceptance step before continued account use.

Paid subscriptions are not for sale while the public pricing page marks viamu Plus unavailable. If viamu Plus becomes available, the subscription section below, the price shown before checkout, and the Refund Policy apply. AI and public-profile recommendation features will not be sold before their scope, privacy effects, and controls are disclosed and operational.

Independent aggregator

viamu is not a listed provider, representative, selector, employer, funder, or visa authority.

Official source controls

Confirm deadlines, eligibility, fees, funding, and submission routes on the provider’s official site.

Your account and content

You retain rights in private workspace material and can export or delete account data.

Agreement and changes

These Terms are between you and Kevin Bravo. They are available before sign-in and can be printed or saved. If they materially change, viamu will take reasonable steps to highlight the change and may require acceptance of the new version before continued account use. Silence does not create consent where law requires an affirmative choice. If you reject a future version, you may stop using the service and delete your viamu data, subject to any mandatory rights.

What viamu provides

The current service may include:

  • Public discovery and filtering of scholarships, fellowships, conferences, internships, grants, jobs, volunteering, workshops, programs, and similar opportunities.
  • Detail pages that organize source information about requirements, eligibility, benefits, deadlines, fees, and application steps.
  • Explainable comparisons between saved profile information and structured eligibility criteria.
  • Private workspaces with checklists, notes, answers, and document uploads.
  • Saved alerts where enabled.
  • Planned paid, AI, and recommendation features only after their scope, price, privacy effects, and additional terms are disclosed.

viamu is not an opportunity provider

viamu is independent from every organization named in a listing. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting for any company, university, government body, non-profit, conference, funder, employer, or other provider displayed on the service. A listing, name, logo, or link does not create a partnership or endorsement.

The provider controls the opportunity. Direct selection, payment, visa, admissions, employment, grant, award, and final eligibility questions to the provider through an official channel.

Who may use viamu

Public listings may be browsed without an account. Account features are limited to people aged 16 or older who can lawfully enter this agreement or have any locally required parent or guardian involvement. By using account features, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users who are not adults must follow additional local and provider rules. viamu may restrict an account if it reasonably believes the age requirement is not met or a legally required authorization is missing.

Accounts and security

For account features, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and eligibility information and update material changes.
  • Keep your authentication device, email access, passkeys, one-time codes, and session private.
  • Use your own account and not impersonate a person or organization.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Take reasonable responsibility for account activity, except to the extent caused by viamu or another matter the law assigns elsewhere.

viamu Plus subscriptions

When viamu Plus is available, its exact name, base unit price, currency, and billing interval appear on the public pricing page and again before payment in FastSpring's hosted checkout. The subscription renews automatically for the same interval until canceled. Taxes and a supported local checkout currency may change the final amount shown by FastSpring before you confirm payment.

You may cancel renewal at any time through Manage billing or FastSpring's account portal without a cancellation fee. Unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and Plus access continues until then. A cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund a completed charge. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy. An approved refund, chargeback, failed payment, abuse restriction, or final deactivation may suspend or end paid access. FastSpring acts as merchant of record and handles payment details, tax, receipts, refunds, and transaction records; viamu does not receive your full card number.

Your private content

You keep your rights in workspace notes, answers, documents, and other material you submit. You give viamu only the non-exclusive permission needed to host, back up, display, secure, and process that material for the feature you request and to comply with law. Current private workspace content is not made public, sent to listed providers, used for public-profile recommendations, or used to train a general AI model. You must have the right to upload and use the material. A future use outside these purposes requires a new lawful disclosure and control.

Documents and sensitive information

A workspace is a preparation tool, not an official submission system or permanent records archive. Upload only what you are authorized to store. Avoid unnecessary passports, medical or financial records, recommendation letters, or other sensitive material. The current service validates allowed file types but does not malware-scan uploads. Keep your own backup. viamu does not submit a file to a provider unless a future feature clearly describes the transfer and you authorize it.

Intellectual property and source material

viamu and its licensors retain rights in original software, interface, design, branding, and presentation. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not unlawfully copy, frame, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit protected parts. Provider names, logos, descriptions, forms, and source material remain owned by their respective rights holders and may be governed by their terms or licences. Nominative reference to a provider identifies the source; it does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break law, violate rights, or breach a provider’s applicable terms.
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or bypass controls.
  • Systematically scrape, republish, resell, or harvest listings or private data in a harmful or unlawful way.
  • Impersonate a person or organization or falsely claim affiliation.
  • Submit fraudulent information, send spam, or distribute harmful content.
  • Try to obtain another user’s credentials, sessions, answers, or documents.
  • Use eligibility explanations or planned recommendations to make unlawful discriminatory decisions about another person.

Opportunity information and decisions

viamu aggregates and organizes information; it does not create, administer, select for, fund, employ, admit, or endorse listed opportunities. Information may be incomplete, translated, delayed, or changed by the source. Eligibility comparisons, deadlines, summaries, alerts, and future recommendations are informational—not provider decisions or legal, immigration, financial, admissions, employment, medical, or tax advice. Verify the official source and submit through the provider on time.

Safety, scams, fees, and payments

International opportunities can be imitated by scammers. Use the Application Safety page and independently verify the provider before sharing sensitive information or money.

  • viamu does not collect a provider’s application fee, guarantee an award, sell selection, arrange a visa, or ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, money transfer, or personal messaging account.
  • A fee shown in a listing is source information, not a payment request from viamu. Confirm the amount, refund terms, and payment domain on the provider’s official site.
  • Unexpected urgency, guaranteed selection, unofficial email domains, requests for passwords or one-time codes, and payment before verifiable documentation are warning signs.
  • Report a suspicious listing or link to onviamu@gmail.com; urgent fraud, identity theft, or safety concerns should also be reported to the appropriate bank, platform, provider, or local authority.

Never send a password, session token, one-time code, or full payment-card details to viamu by email.

External websites and provider terms

External sites have their own terms, privacy practices, fees, accessibility, and security. viamu does not control or guarantee them. Your application or transaction with a provider is between you and that provider. A provider may change, close, or remove an opportunity without notifying viamu.

Corrections, removal, and rights reports

You may report an inaccurate, expired, fraudulent, unsafe, or rights-infringing listing by identifying the viamu URL, official source, issue, and a way to contact you. Rights holders may request correction, attribution, source-link changes, or removal and should identify the material and basis for the request. viamu will review in good faith, may temporarily restrict a listing while checking it, and may preserve information needed to document the decision or comply with law. The Listing & Source Policy gives more detail.

Changes to the service

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features and listings and may perform maintenance. We may archive information that appears expired, unsafe, or inaccurate. For a paid feature, mandatory notice, cancellation, refund, or continuity rights still apply.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to secure the service, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and offer a way to respond. You may stop using viamu, delete local application data at any time, and request deletion of the separate authentication identity. Clauses that logically survive—such as ownership, accrued rights, lawful records, and dispute terms—continue only as permitted by law.

Service disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, viamu is provided on an ‘as available’ and ‘as is’ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete or current listings, successful applications, provider conduct, or suitability for your circumstances. Nothing here excludes a warranty, duty, remedy, or consumer right that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, viamu is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on an external provider, an unavailable opportunity, or use outside the service’s intended purpose. This clause does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any other liability or remedy that law does not permit us to exclude or limit. A court may disregard an unfair limitation; mandatory consumer protections control.

Changes to these Terms

The effective date and version appear at the top. For material changes, viamu will provide prominent or direct notice where required and seek a new acceptance when necessary. The operator should retain prior versions and records showing which version an account accepted.

General provisions

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains effective only to the extent the agreement can fairly operate without it. A delayed enforcement is not automatically a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms shown before use form the current agreement. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the governing law is Leyes de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela and the stated forum is Tribunales competentes de Caracas, Venezuela. Mandatory law where you live—including any required local forum, cancellation right, accessibility right, or consumer remedy—continues to apply.
