The Youth Will LEAD Fellowship—short for Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, & Development—is a six-week summer fellowship designed to help young leaders gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to challenge outdated systems and build better futures for youth.
Selected fellows will receive a $1,500 stipend in recognition of their time, expertise, and commitment.
About the Youth Will LEAD Fellowship 2026
Youth Will believes young people deserve the freedom to pursue careers and life paths that bring joy, fulfillment, and long-term stability. Traditional career pathways often leave young people burdened by debt, stress, and jobs that do not align with their passions.
