What Is the UK-German Study Visit About?

This funded initiative is designed to:

  • Bring together teachers from the UK and Germany
  • Explore how curriculum relevance can be effectively implemented in schools
  • Provide an international framework for understanding education systems and innovation

The program is organized by UK-German Connection in collaboration with LFEE, ensuring a high-quality and impactful experience for all participants.

Importantly:

  • No German language skills are required
  • Schools do not need to offer German as a subject
  • Open to teachers across all disciplines

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience that includes:

Funding, Travel, and Costs

This is a fully funded opportunity, with the following coverage:

Covered:

  • Accommodation
  • Event-related costs
  • Travel reimbursement (after the event, per guidelines)

Not Covered:

  • Incidental expenses (e.g., snacks during travel, personal spending)

Additional support:

  • Up to 50% contribution toward supply cover costs (upon prior request)
