This transformative program focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities and communication skills, enabling participants to drive meaningful change.
Program Highlights
– Experiential Learning: Limited to 16 participants, the program emphasizes hands-on experiences rather than traditional teaching.
– Key Outcomes: Participants gain communication tools, improve team effectiveness, acquire practical insights for positive change, and develop critical thinking and adaptive leadership skills.
– Fellows Network: Graduates join a network of over 250 Fellows, providing ongoing mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Application Details
Applications for the 2025 program are open from July 15 to November 17, 2024, with sessions held in March and May 2025 in Canberra and Melbourne. A post-program workshop is required.
