To join the UNOY network, member organisations must meet the following criteria:
•Youth-led: At least two-thirds of the leading and paid staff must be under 35.
•Peacebuilding Focus: Active in peacebuilding with a commitment to fostering a culture of peace and nonviolence.
•Engagement: Able to participate in compulsory network activities, including quarterly regional online meetings, an annual impact review survey, and strategic planning.
•Collaboration: Eager to collaborate, share updates, and learn from other UNOY members.
•Local and Global Action: Inspired to act locally while maintaining a global spirit of solidarity.
