Are you a student or recent graduate looking to jumpstart your career in international development? The BRAC Internship Programme offers young people a unique opportunity to apply their academic knowledge across diverse functional areas while gaining hands-on professional experience with the world’s largest development organisation.
With a strong blend of field-based exposure and office-based learning, an internship at BRAC helps interns build practical skills, expand professional networks, and gain meaningful insight into social development work. About the BRAC Regular Internship Programme
The BRAC Regular Internship Programme is designed for graduate and postgraduate students who are passionate about social impact and development work. The internship runs for a three-month period and provides structured, hands-on learning across BRAC’s diverse programmes and operational units.
Interns contribute to real projects while working closely with experienced professionals in areas such as:
