Each year, the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) invites around 20 scholars to join its prestigious residential fellowship program. Half of the fellows work on the year’s designated theme, while the other half pursue independent projects. The program is open to both junior and senior scholars across social sciences and related fields.
Members benefit from access to offices, libraries, subsidized dining, and housing, creating an ideal environment for research. The fellowship spans the full academic year, from September to May.
Eligibility:
– Ph.D. (or equivalent) awarded by October 15 of the application year.
– Open to scholars across various disciplines.
