  • Personnel Security Clearance Certificate (PSCC): A clearance may be required for specific roles.
  • Previous Experience: Candidates who have previously completed a paid or unpaid traineeship exceeding six weeks in another European institution or body are not eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the traineeship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Traineeship Details

  • Start Date: September 2025 (beginning either on the 1st or 16th of the month).
  • Duration: 12 months, non-renewable.
  • Allowance: Monthly stipend of €1,500
  • Meal Allowance: Fixed monthly amount.
  • Support for Disabled Trainees: Additional financial support, up to 50% of the allowance, may be granted to cover extra costs related to disabilities.
  • Insurance: Health and accident insurance is mandatory.
