About the Institute:
The Goal of the African Leadership Institute The AFLI aims to create a network of high-potential young Africans who will rise to leadership positions in the next 5-10 years and contribute to positive change on the continent.
The ATLP, in partnership with Oxford University’s Said Business School, offers a 5-month part-time programme focusing on African leadership in a global context. Participants engage in workshops, assignments, and a community project to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Eligibility (Age):
- Age Criteria for the Tutu Fellowship Programme Candidates for the Tutu Fellowship Programme must be between the ages of 30 and 40.
