Are you a civil society organisation (CSO) in Asia working on climate action and sustainability? The Climate Asia Green Accelerator Program is now accepting applications to support CSOs in scaling their climate solutions. This initiative aims to support 500 CSOs across Asia over the next five years, impacting over one million small-scale farmers through innovation, strategy, and collaboration.

The program offers tailored mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to elevate grassroots organisations and enable them to deliver meaningful, scalable climate impact.

About the Green Accelerator Program

Climate Asia’s Green Accelerator is designed to nurture CSOs that are committed to addressing the climate crisis. Whether your focus is on renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, resilience-building, or conservation, this program equips your team with the strategic and technical guidance needed to amplify your impact.

Selected organisations will join a supportive cohort that receives customised coaching, capacity-building resources, and access to industry experts and funders.

What the Program Offers

1. Personalised Mentorship and Feedback
Each organisation will receive one-on-one coaching tailored to their specific needs. This includes guidance on storytelling, funding proposals, technical challenges, commercial strategy, and team growth.

2. Strategic Support and Coordination
Participants are paired with a dedicated guide from Climate Asia who ensures smooth coordination and offers continuous support throughout the journey.

3. Networking and Collaboration
CSOs will connect with funders, climate leaders, mentors, and innovators during masterclasses, conferences, and coaching sessions—creating lasting partnerships and expanding their impact.

4. Access to Resources and Knowledge
The Digital Resource Hub offers best practices, toolkits, and case studies across key themes like renewable energy, sustainability, and climate resilience to strengthen participants’ strategies.

How It Works

Step 1 – Application
Fill out the online application form to help the Climate Asia team evaluate your eligibility and understand your organisation’s focus and support needs.

Step 2 – Review
Applications will be reviewed within 4–6 weeks. If selected, your organisation will be invited to join the upcoming cohort.

Step 3 – Participation
Engage in masterclasses, subject expert-led sessions, and one-on-one coaching. All training is designed to build skills and scale impact.

Step 4 – Continued Engagement
Even after the program ends, your organisation remains part of the Climate Asia community, gaining access to future events, networking opportunities, and ongoing support.

Eligibility Criteria

Organisations must meet the following to be considered:

  • Operate in Asia with a clear focus on addressing climate change.

  • Demonstrate innovation and inclusivity in program design and delivery.

  • Maintain sound financial practices and transparent reporting.

  • Clearly identify capacity-building needs and show willingness to engage in training.

  • Have strong community ties and mechanisms for community feedback.

  • Prioritise gender equity—at least 50% of team members, beneficiaries, or leadership must be women.

  • Be a grassroots organisation without access to multiple large-scale funding sources.

Selection prioritises organisations based on the quality and impact of their work, not financial size.
