The 2025 CBRE HBCU Immersive Experience: Corporate Real Estate 201 invites top-performing students to dive deep into the world of real estate services and investment management through a dynamic, all-expenses-paid experience.
What is the CBRE HBCU Immersive Experience?
This prestigious three-day program will welcome 20 outstanding HBCU students to Los Angeles, California, for an insider’s view into CBRE — the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. From November 4–6, 2025, selected participants will engage with top leaders and professionals at CBRE, gaining direct exposure to its services, projects, and career paths.
Led by CBRE’s executives and HBCU strategy team, the program provides participants with an immersive and empowering introduction to corporate real estate, all while showcasing CBRE’s inclusive corporate culture.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the 2025 CBRE HBCU Immersive Experience, you must:
