Opportunity Details:
- Position: Product Design Fellow
- Program: Farmerline Fellowship Program
- Location: Ghana (Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Wa) or Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to support the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Work with designers, engineers, and data analysts to help shape product features.
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories.
- Monitor product performance metrics and support ongoing iterations.
- Participate in product meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document findings, decisions, and project progress for team visibility.

- Final-year students or recent graduates in any discipline (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields are a plus).
