About the Einstein Fellowship

The Einstein Fellowship is a highly competitive international program aimed at supporting outstanding young thinkers who are not only excellent in their fields but are also willing to venture beyond disciplinary boundaries.

Inspired by the intellectual legacy of Albert Einstein, the fellowship encourages applicants to propose projects that differ significantly from their previous research work. The goal is to foster creativity, intellectual risk-taking, and interdisciplinary innovation.

  • €10,000 stipend for living expenses

  • Full travel expense reimbursement (to and from Germany)
