The LEGO Group is inviting motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for the Intern, Social Responsibility, EMEA position for a 12-month paid internship based in London, United Kingdom. About the Internship

The Social Responsibility team at the LEGO Group drives innovative and meaningful programmes across the EMEA region, aiming to reach even more children through creative play-based learning. As an intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting, scaling, and activating these programmes while gaining hands-on experience within a globally recognised organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the UK and EMEA Social Responsibility team in scaling impact programmes.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for events with local partners in London.

  • Manage donation logistics of LEGO play boxes to schools and charities.

  • Facilitate play-based training sessions with children.

  • Recruit and coordinate employee volunteers for programme delivery.

  • Assist in activation of broader EMEA campaigns and initiatives.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Additional preferred skills:

  • Understanding of social impact and environmental sustainability connections.

  • Experience working with children.

  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.

  • A playful and collaborative mindset.
