This unique opportunity is designed for current and former youth apprentices who are passionate about advocacy, leadership, and expanding access to apprenticeship opportunities across the United States.
Participants will gain hands-on experience leading projects, influencing policy conversations, and working alongside peers from across the country—all while receiving a stipend.
About the PAYA Youth Council
The PAYA Youth Council is a leadership development initiative that empowers young people to take an active role in shaping the future of apprenticeship programs.

What You Will Do
As a member of the Youth Council, participants will:
