About the Programme

The MSc in Public Policy and Human Development is an intensive, full-time programme that runs for one year and awards two diplomas—one from Maastricht University and one from the United Nations University.

The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, preparing students to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate public policies across sectors.

Programme Structure

The programme is divided into two main phases:

Autumn Semester

Spring Semester

Scholarships and Tuition
