Are you a young woman passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and interested in becoming a teacher? The Leaders in Teaching (LiT) Uganda Program Female STEM Student Teachers’ Scholarship offers an incredible opportunity for eligible female students to pursue a Bachelor of Science with Education (BScEd) at selected universities across Uganda with full financial support.

About the Leaders in Teaching (LiT) Uganda Program

Implemented under the leadership of Uganda’s Ministry of Education and Sports, the program supports the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy, which aims to enable millions of young people across Africa to access dignified and fulfilling work by 2030.
