The Humphrey Fellowship Program, a Fulbright Exchange initiative funded by the U.S. Government, brings accomplished professionals from around the world to the United States for a fully funded 10-month non-degree academic and professional exchange experience.

What is the Humphrey Fellowship Program?

The Humphrey Fellowship Program was established in 1978 in honor of former U.S. Vice President Senator Hubert H. Humphrey. The program provides leadership development and professional enrichment opportunities to experienced professionals who have demonstrated commitment to public service and leadership in their fields.

Each year, approximately 200 fellows are selected globally and placed at leading universities across the United States.
