Why Does GEI Matter?

Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are central to promoting social justice, human rights, and economic development. However, many researchers lack the necessary knowledge and tools to incorporate GEI into their work, resulting in gender-blind research and the exclusion of vulnerable populations.
