Key Responsibilities

As a Youth Empowerment & Strategic Innovations Intern, you will gain exposure to both programmatic and strategic elements of corporate philanthropy. Your responsibilities will include:

Youth Empowerment Focus

Supporting the planning and execution of youth-focused events, including the National Youth Service Summit.
Helping to develop and distribute educational resources that inspire young changemakers.
Engaging with nonprofit partners and youth leaders to provide meaningful support.
Assisting with logistics for innovative initiatives such as Mobile Youth Service Hubs and College Service Grants.
Tracking and reporting on the impact of youth empowerment programs and grants.

Strategic Innovations Focus

Researching and evaluating potential partners and vendors for future innovation projects.
Analyzing trends in philanthropy and social impact to identify new opportunities.
Drafting concept briefs for new strategic initiatives, including goals, resource needs, and engagement strategies.
Supporting outreach and relationship-building with prospective collaborators.
