Into Nature Through the Senses is a 4-day immersive nature camp designed to help participants slow down, sharpen their senses, and reconnect with the natural world. Through guided sensory practices, mindful walks, and reflective nature-based activities, the camp creates space for clarity, healing, and deeper connection to self and environment.

Location: Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Program Focus
- Sharpen the Five Senses: Engage in guided experiences that heighten awareness of sight, sound, touch, scent, and taste.
- Deep Nature Connection: Spend time in nature-based practices, sit spots, and reflection to strengthen your relationship with the living world.
- Mindful Movement: Participate in awareness walks to cultivate presence and embodied connection.
Facilitators
Huy Ing Lay — Facilitator of nature-connection camps with a background in psychology and mindfulness. She creates supportive spaces for healing, awareness, and deep reflection rooted in nature.
Annie Kukreja — Environmental advocate focused on PM2.5 pollution in Thailand and global climate action with hands-on, sustainability-oriented work.
