Requirements and Selection Criteria

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Be accomplished in the field of peace and reconciliation

• Have a demonstrated track record of leadership and a desire for continued growth

• Show a clear commitment to cross-cultural understanding and collaboration

• Be fluent in English

Fellows must be available to fully participate in all required components of the program, including two in-person gatherings:

• An international study trip from February 1–5, 2026

• A week-long seminar at Yale University from April 13–17, 2026

Application Process Overview

The application process is entirely online. There are no paper forms, application fees, or participation costs. All expenses related to travel, lodging, and meals during the program are fully covered.

After creating an account on the application portal, candidates can upload materials and request a letter of recommendation. The application package must include:

• A résumé or curriculum vitae (maximum three pages)

• A brief video statement

• A personal statement (maximum 600 words)

• One letter of recommendation
