- Intentional Mentorship : Winners will be paired with reputable leaders for mentorship and guidance. Quarterly check-in meetings required.
- Experimental Job Shadowing : Participants will have the opportunity to shadow professionals in their field of interest.
- Courses and Seminars : The foundation will fund relevant leadership courses and seminars up to $20,000 per year.
- Networking/Collaboration Opportunities : Access to networking events for professional development and growth.
- Introductory Boot Camp : Two weeks of Military Training for business endurance and discipline.
