The National Service Person role at Nestlé is a full-time, one-year contract designed to support the company’s operations while nurturing the next generation of industry professionals. Key Responsibilities of the National Service Person

- Supporting Daily Operations Assisting in routine activities within the assigned department to ensure smooth business processes.
- Project Support Contributing to ongoing projects through research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative duties.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Working with multiple teams across the organization to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Training and Development Participation Engaging in Nestlé’s structured training programs, mentorship sessions, and learning modules designed to enhance professional capabilities.

What Makes a Successful Candidate?

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in:
- Engineering
- Social Sciences
- Business Administration
- IT or Computer Science
- Graphic Design
- Photography and Videography
- OR an HND qualification in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical/Electrical Technician fields
Additional requirements include:
- Completion of national service eligibility requirements as mandated by local legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and willingness to learn.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
