About the ISS Junior Fellowship Programme

The ISS Junior Fellowship Programme is a flagship initiative focused on “Gender, human security and geopolitics.” It aims to equip exceptional young West Africans with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to address pressing governance and security challenges in the region.

Successful applicants will spend 10 months in Dakar, working alongside leading African experts and engaging directly with policymakers and institutions that shape the region’s future.
