- Applicants should meet the following requirements: Citizens of eligible developing countries listed under DAAD DAC countries.
- Academic degree completed within the last six years.
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience after completing the first degree.
- Above-average academic performance.
- Limited prior residence in Germany before application.
