CardinalStone is looking to recruit resourceful, analytical and driven Graduate Trainees who are passionate about selling in the financial services sector and have taken personal steps to develop themselves and enrich their profiles in order to have an edge.

Job Description

Investment Advisory (Sales):

• Advise clients on investment portfolios as well as provide personalized investment strategies and build long-term relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Sell the firm’s products and proffering alternative investments and products within the group in a bid to increase Assets under Management (AUM), while also driving the customer acquisition objective of the company.
• Consistently manage and nurture existing client relationships to facilitate repeat business and retention through our end-to-end financial services.
• Grow ‘new-to-firm’ business by actively prospecting through new and existing client relationships
• Follow market trends and stock movements and suggest alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 year’s experience in a client-facing/sales role
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division) 
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must not be older than 26 at next birthday
