Applications Open for the Team Europe Youth Sounding Board (Delegation of the European Union to Zimbabwe) – 3rd Cohort

The Delegation of the European Union to Zimbabwe has officially opened applications for the 3rd Cohort of the Team Europe Youth Sounding Board. This initiative seeks dynamic young leaders from across Zimbabwe to help shape youth-focused policies and programmes implemented by Team Europe in the country.

The Youth Sounding Board provides a unique platform for young Zimbabweans to directly engage with the EU Delegation, offering insights that ensure development interventions remain relevant, impactful and youth-responsive.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 30 years old

• Be a Zimbabwean national or permanent resident

• Demonstrate a strong passion for youth empowerment and inclusive development

• Have an interest or experience in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Agriculture

  • Trade and Investment

  • Governance and Democracy

  • Gender Equality

  • Communications and Public Engagement
