About the Graduate Trainee Program

The Stanbic Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a 24-month career acceleration initiative designed to attract and nurture Ghana’s next generation of banking leaders. Who Can Apply

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Ghanaian citizen aged between 23–25 years

• Completed National Service

• Minimum Second-Class Upper Honours (GPA of 3.0 or higher) in any discipline from an accredited university

• Preferred fields of study include:

  • Statistics

  • Data Analytics
