- Age Criteria for the Tutu Fellowship Programme Candidates for the Tutu Fellowship Programme must be between the ages of 30 and 40. For example, for the 2025 programme, candidates must be older than 30 on April 30, 2025, and younger than 40 on the same date. An age calculator is provided to determine eligibility. Candidates falling outside the age criteria will not be considered for the programme.

Each year, around 25 high-potential individuals from various sectors are selected for the prestigious ATLP, following a competitive selection process. This article provides detailed information about the programme and its eligibility criteria.
About the Institute:
The Goal of the African Leadership Institute The AFLI aims to create a network of high-potential young Africans who will rise to leadership positions in the next 5-10 years and contribute to positive change on the continent.
The ATLP, in partnership with Oxford University’s Said Business School, offers a 5-month part-time programme focusing on African leadership in a global context. Participants engage in workshops, assignments, and a community project to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Eligibility (Age):
- Age Criteria for the Tutu Fellowship Programme Candidates for the Tutu Fellowship Programme must be between the ages of 30 and 40. - The final selection of candidates will be announced in early February, with the programme workshops scheduled for May and September.
