Program Overview: The Digital Rotational Program is designed for recent college graduates and offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various technical roles every six months over a 24-month period. This program accelerates skill development, providing participants with valuable experience in Pfizer’s digital landscape, all while contributing to patient health outcomes and the development of breakthrough therapies.

Role Responsibilities: Participants will be assigned to different rotations based on their skills and Pfizer’s organizational needs. Rotations may focus on either technical or general roles, offering a broad learning experience.

• Technical Roles: Focus on software engineering, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Technologies used include Java, Python, AWS, Power BI, and Tableau.
• General Roles: Involve client engagement, project management, fintech, and risk management, ideal for candidates from business, finance, life sciences, and communication backgrounds.

Participants will be part of Pfizer’s Global Digital organizations, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Research & Development, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Communications, or equivalent degree preferred)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Less than 2 years of full-time corporate work experience
• Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.  This job is not eligible for nonimmigrant visa (e.g. H-1B) or permanent residence (green card) sponsorship under our guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary: $54,700 – $91,100 (with variation for Tampa, FL*)
• Bonus target: 7.5% of base salary
• Benefits include 401(k) with Pfizer matching, paid vacation and leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage. Full details available on the Pfizer Candidate Site.

* The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $49,200.00 to $82,000.00.
