What automated deletion removes
Deletion applies to viamu application and billing-identifier data shared across every client. It is not a temporary deactivation and it cannot be undone. The separate Supabase Auth identity is not removed by this action; request that deletion through the privacy contact. viamu retains only a one-way identity digest to prevent accidental account recreation.
- Local viamu profile, legal acknowledgements, and preferences.
- Saved opportunity alerts and matching criteria.
- Application workspaces, statuses, notes, checklist items, and saved answers.
- Private document metadata and all known uploaded file bytes controlled by viamu.
What may remain for a limited time
Active viamu application data is deleted when the automated request succeeds. Security and diagnostic records follow this production schedule: Máximo de 30 días, con un límite adicional de 256 MB en el host. The same data deletion applies on mobile
The official iOS and Android apps must place this action in Account settings under Privacy and data. They use the same account and backend as the web client, so deleting from the app or this page removes the same associated viamu data.
Cancel FastSpring renewal in Plan and billing, then wait until FastSpring fully deactivates the subscription and any open checkout expires before deleting the local account. FastSpring may independently retain invoices and transaction records where tax, fraud, refund, chargeback, or other law requires it. Web and future app-store subscriptions are separate cancellation systems.
