- Courses and Seminars : The foundation will fund relevant leadership courses and seminars up to $20,000 per year.
- Networking/Collaboration Opportunities : Access to networking events for professional development and growth.
- Introductory Boot Camp : Two weeks of Military Training for business endurance and discipline.
