🌍 Overview:
As global environmental challenges increase, conservation practices evolve to meet them head on. The ICON Ph.D. Program at the University of Georgia prepares students to work across disciplines to tackle complex conservation issues.

Minimum qualifications:
- a Master’s degree in any social science field (economics, anthropology, geography, political science, or human dimensions of natural resources).
- strong quantitative skills
- demonstrate excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Hindi is preferred but not essential.
- Candidates with relevant methodological and theoretical training will be prioritized.
